President Trump Names Dan Scavino to Lead White House Presidential Personnel Office

President Trump announced on Truth Social that longtime aide Dan Scavino will take over as head of the White House Presidential Personnel Office, succeeding Sergio Gor, who has been appointed U.S. Ambassador to India. Scavino will also continue serving as Deputy Chief of Staff in the Trump administration.

 

In his post, Trump wrote, “Dan will be responsible for the selection and appointment of almost all positions in government, a very big and important position. Congratulations Dan, you will do a fantastic job!!!”

Scavino, one of Trump’s longest-serving and most trusted advisers, has been a key figure in both of Trump’s administrations. Known for his role managing Trump’s digital strategy and social media presence, Scavino has remained instrumental in shaping the president’s online communication and outreach efforts throughout both terms.
