Undercover footage allegedly shows a Democratic operative in Georgia discussing tactics used to manipulate election outcomes at Atlanta’s State Farm Arena during the 2020 election.
The video, posted on X by commentator Stephen Crowder, features Joel Caldwell, Operations Director for the Georgia Coalition for the People’s Agenda. In the footage, Caldwell reportedly claims a burst water pipe was used as a pretext to send Republican election observers home, while Democrat monitors stayed to supervise vote counting, which continued soon after.
Caldwell is also seen describing efforts to boost votes for Democrats through ballot harvesting, particularly among elderly voters in care facilities. He states that Democrats aimed to inflate vote totals in already heavily Democratic areas to minimize suspicion. He mentions witnessing questionable ballot drop-off activities, stating, “A man pulled up and put a hundred ballots in [a] box. You can’t do that.” He also references people being paid to collect and submit ballots, saying, “Groups [were] paying people to do just that. Drop off ballots. Go around collecting ballots [and] forge them.”
In one portion of the video, Caldwell discusses the supposed burst water pipe incident that led to Republican counters leaving the State Farm Arena, while Democrat-affiliated personnel stayed. He adds that only 100 votes were counted for President Trump in one locality, calling this number “statistically impossible” and asserting, “Statistically, you’re downtown. There’s going to be more than a hundred votes for Trump.”
Fulton County, where the State Farm Arena is located, has faced persistent allegations of election fraud. However, Georgia’s Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger has maintained resistance against launching new election integrity investigations into the 2020 election.
