FBI aware since 2016 election that Joe Biden met with Hunter’s Chinese business partners

Federal agents gathered evidence during the 2016 election indicating that Hunter Biden leveraged his father's position during an official government trip to Beijing aboard Air Force Two to introduce potential Chinese business partners to then-Vice President Joe Biden. This revelation comes from a large cache of documents recently submitted to Congress.

In a December 2013 email, Hunter Biden confirmed connecting his Chinese associates with his father in a Beijing hotel following a meeting between the vice president and Chinese President Xi Jinping, writing, “They got to meet Dad. All very good. Talk later.”

Hunter also expressed in his emails that his father had a strong rapport with China's leader, stating, “I think they are in love with each other,” and noted in another email, “They almost kissed on departure.” These previously undisclosed communications were part of 3.3 million pages of emails, bank records, and corporate memos that FBI, IRS, and Securities and Exchange Commission agents collected in 2015 and 2016 during an investigation into a fraudulent bond scheme involving a Native American tribe.

Although Hunter Biden was not charged in that case, several of his business partners were. This investigation allowed agents extensive access to Hunter Biden's financial and corporate records, including communications not found on the infamous laptop seized by the FBI in 2019.

The House Oversight Committee, investigating Joe Biden, recently obtained this evidence, shedding new light on Hunter Biden's efforts to profit from his family's name internationally, particularly during his father's official duties. This evidence supports testimony from former business associates Devon Archer and Jason Galanis, who testified during the impeachment inquiry.

While Hunter Biden's trip aboard Air Force Two has been known for years, these documents provide new insights into the 2013 trip, Hunter's observations on his father's relationship with China, and the fact that federal law enforcement has long known about Hunter Biden's connections between his father and foreign business contacts, a fact initially denied by the Biden crime family.

In his February deposition to the House Oversight Committee, Hunter admitted that Joe met with his Chinese partners. Just the News acquired several emails from the federal investigation showing Hunter Biden arranged a meeting in Beijing in 2013 with his Chinese partner Jonathan Li and his father shortly after the vice president met with Xi. This meeting was prearranged, as evidenced by the emails.

The new documents reveal that the FBI and other law enforcement agencies were aware by 2016 that Hunter Biden had planned for his father to meet Li, with whom he aimed to establish a new fund.

In November 2013, Biden, Li, and Archer signed a memorandum of understanding to form a new venture. Twelve days after the Bidens met with Li, the joint venture—BHR Partners—was officially registered in China, according to the Wall Street Journal.
