The Senate moved the Epstein Files Transparency Act to President Trump by unanimous consent Tuesday, adopting the House-passed measure requiring the Justice Department to release all unclassified records tied to Jeffrey Epstein.
Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer received agreement from all 99 senators to deem the bill approved the moment the House formally transmitted it, following the House’s 427-1 vote earlier in the day. The Senate Republican cloakroom had run a hotline to check for objections, allowing Schumer to secure swift passage and immediate delivery to the president.
