by | Apr 10, 2024

The House voted 228-193 against a bill reauthorizing the government’s surveillance capacities, failing to renew Section 702 of FISA before it expires later this month.

This comes after President Trump took to Truth social, telling lawmakers to “KILL” it.

A total of 209 democrats were joined by 19 Republicans to vote down the rule.
