Trump to Grant Full Pardon to Devon Archer, Citing Biden Corruption

by | Mar 24, 2025

Devon Archer, Hunter Biden’s former business partner, will receive a full and unconditional pardon, President Trump confirmed to the New York Post.

Trump promised the pardon during a meeting with Archer at the NCAA wrestling championships in Philadelphia on Saturday night. The encounter was facilitated by Tony Bobulinski, another former Hunter Biden associate-turned-whistleblower.

“He’s getting a full pardon,” Trump stated on Sunday. “He was screwed by the Bidens. They destroyed him like they tried to destroy a lot of people.” Repeating his commitment, Trump described Archer as an “anti-Biden person” whose testimony was instrumental in exposing Biden corruption.

The clemency marks the end of a decade-long legal battle for Archer, who faced a prison sentence for securities fraud related to a 2015 business deal with Hunter Biden.

“I want to extend my deepest thanks to President Trump,” Archer said. “I am grateful to the president for recognizing that I was the victim of a convoluted lawfare effort intended to destroy and silence me. Like so many people, my life was devastated by the Biden family’s selfish disregard for the truth and for the peace of mind and happiness of others. The Bidens talk about justice, but they don’t mean it. I am grateful that the American people are now well aware of this reality.”

Archer also played a key role as one of the first whistleblowers in the House impeachment inquiry into Joe Biden’s involvement in Hunter’s business dealings. His testimony detailed at least two dozen instances where Hunter placed his father on speakerphone with foreign business associates.

Archer’s willingness to testify, despite mounting legal pressure, was instrumental in exposing corruption tied to the Biden family.
