Texas AG Launches Undercover Investigations Into Leftist Groups

by | Oct 8, 2025

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton on Tuesday announced that his office has launched undercover operations to identify and dismantle leftist terror cells following recent incidents of political violence.

Paxton cited the killing of Charlie Kirk and a disturbing rise of leftist violence nationwide. He said, “Leftist political terrorism is a clear and present danger. Corrupted ideologies like transgenderism and Antifa have unleashed their deranged and drugged-up foot soldiers on the American people.”

Paxton highlighted an environment where political violence is celebrated, citing nearly two dozen individuals allegedly linked to Texas-based Antifa-like groups accused of attacking an ICE facility in Alvarado, Texas.

“To those who seek to kill, steal, and destroy our country, know this: you cannot hide, you cannot escape, and justice is coming,” Paxton said.
