Federal Prosecutors Open Probe Into Jeffrey Epstein’s Executors

Federal authorities have opened a probe into Darren Indyke and Richard Kahn, Jeffrey Epstein’s longtime lawyer and accountant who now serve as the executors of his estate, according to the Wall Street Journal, citing people familiar with the matter.

 

Federal prosecutors in Manhattan have in recent months been scheduling interviews with potential witnesses and requesting documents about their dealings with Indyke and Kahn. The documents sought include emails and financial records.
