Aimee Harris sentenced for theft of Ashley Biden’s diary

by | Apr 9, 2024

Aimee Harris, a mother from Palm Beach, Florida, was sentenced to one month in prison and three months of home confinement for her role in stealing and selling Joe Biden’s daughter’s diary to Project Veritas four years ago.

Judge Laura Taylor Swain presided over the case and characterized Harris's actions as “despicable.” Harris pleaded guilty to a conspiracy charge in August 2022, acknowledging that she received $20,000 paid by Project Veritas for personal items belonging to Joe’s daughter, Ashley Biden.

In delivering the sentence, Judge Swain highlighted that Harris and a co-defendant, Robert Kurlander, initially attempted unsuccessfully to sell Ashley Biden’s belongings to President Trump’s 2020 presidential campaign.

The judge remarked that aside from being driven by ‘greed’, Harris had also aimed to influence the nation’s political landscape.

This is breaking, check back for updates.
