Trump Announces Historic Gaza Deal: Complete Hamas Disarmament

by | Jul 31, 2026

President Trump dropped a Truth Social announcement Thursday declaring that the Board of Peace has reached a historic agreement for the complete disarmament of Hamas and every other armed group in Gaza.

The agreement rolls out in carefully structured phases: as disarmament is finished, Israeli forces will withdraw and an International Stabilization Force will partner with a new Palestinian police force to keep Gaza safe for its residents and neighbors.

Gaza will finally move under a new Palestinian government that works closely with the Board of Peace to serve its people, while Israel gets security in ending Gaza’s role as a launchpad for terror attacks.

Calling it a key milestone in the implementation of his 20-Point Plan, Trump specifically thanked the mediators—Egypt, Qatar, and Turkey—along with his team for the tireless efforts that made the breakthrough possible.
