President Trump announced on Truth Social that he is terminating documents signed by Joe Biden using an autopen, asserting that the practice was unauthorized and illegal.
In the post, Trump wrote, “Any document signed by Sleepy Joe Biden with the Autopen, which was approximately 92% of them, is hereby terminated, and of no further force or effect,” adding that the device may only be used with direct presidential approval.
Trump accused those surrounding Biden in the Oval Office of seizing control of the presidency, stating, “The Radical Left Lunatics circling Biden around the beautiful Resolute Desk in the Oval Office took the Presidency away from him.”
The statement also warned, “Joe Biden was not involved in the Autopen process and, if he says he was, he will be brought up on charges of perjury.”
