Louisiana Senate unanimously approves legislation preventing globalist control in the state

by | Apr 3, 2024

The Louisiana State Senate unanimously passed a bill to block the adoption or enforcement of any regulations, policies, rules, taxes, or mandates originating from the UN, WHO, and WEF.
Senate Bill 133 would explicitly guarantee that the World Health Organization, the United Nations, and the World Economic Forum “hold no authority or influence within the borders of Louisiana.”

This marks a bold assertion of state sovereignty, laying the groundwork for a legal barrier against the possible overreach of globalist entities.

If passed by the House of Representatives, the law would go into effect on Aug. 1, 2024.

The Republican bill emerges several weeks in advance of the May 27 vote by the World Health Assembly concerning the WHO Pandemic Preparedness Treaty: a binding agreement under the Constitution of the World Health Organization aimed at “enhancing pandemic prevention, preparedness, and response.”
