Authentic Campaigns' website lists the Brennan Center for Justice as a client. Supported by substantial funding from George Soros, the Brennan Center played a significant role in the recent bid to bar President Trump from the Colorado ballot for the 2024 election.
The group submitted an amicus brief urging the Supreme Court to reject Trump's attempts to overturn the Colorado Supreme Court's decision to remove him from the ballot due to allegations of inciting an ‘insurrection’ on January 6th.
