Judge Merchan ruled on Monday that Donald Trump once more breached his gag order in the New York hush money trial, fining him a thousand dollars and cautioning that continued violations could result in potential jail time.

“I find you in criminal contempt for the 10th time. Going forward, this court will have to consider a jail sentence. The last thing I want to do is put you in jail,” Merchan stated.

The fourth week of the trial is set to commence with additional witness testimony starting later Monday morning.
