Bobulinski, central figure in Biden impeachment hearings, files defamation lawsuit against Hutchinson, prominent witness in January 6 proceedings

by | Mar 4, 2024

Tony Bobulinski, a former business partner of Hunter Biden and a witness in the impeachment hearings, has filed a defamation lawsuit against Cassidy Hutchinson, a former aide in the Trump White House, regarding stories recounted in her book.

The lawsuit obtained by Just the News states that because Mr. Bobulinski did not commit to unwavering allegiance to the Democrat Party and the Biden family, but instead, was invited as a guest of President Trump to a Presidential debate, Defendant Cassidy Hutchinson opted to maliciously defame him.

The lawsuit also alleges that the Defendant, Hutchinson, published a book containing defamatory remarks about Mr. Bobulinski, portraying him inaccurately. She misrepresented a meeting between Mr. Bobulinski and Mark Meadows, falsely insinuating unethical and potentially illegal behavior. As a result, Mr. Bobulinski aims to hold the Defendant responsible for her malicious actions.
