According to evidence provided by the Justice Department, Hunter Biden had pictures of what appeared to be cocaine and drug paraphernalia on his phone, talked about his drug addiction in text messages both before and after buying a gun, and claimed he wasn’t using drugs.

Hunter “took photos of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia on his phone prior to October 12, 2018 (the date of the gun purchase,” according to a court document made public on Tuesday.

The document indicates that the first son discussed the amount he paid for the cocaine in April 2018. In a message from May 2018, Hunter Biden inquired about obtaining “baby powder,” a cutting agent used in white powdered drugs, specifying his preference for “The really soft stuff,” according to the evidence.

The defendant messaged his girlfriend about meeting a drug dealer and smoking crack on October 13, 2018, and October 14, 2018, respectively (the day after and two days after he bought the gun), according to the Justice Department.

According to the document, Hunter Biden allegedly took “multiple photographs “of “apparent cocaine,” crack cocaine, and drug paraphernalia “between November and December 2018.

Federal prosecutors court filing objecting to Hunter Biden's far-reaching request for all communications by anyone in the government related to him was made public along with the evidence.
