On behalf of John Solomon, CEO and Editor in Chief of Just The News, America First Legal (AFL) filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) today. The lawsuit asks the Biden Administration to comply with a February 2, 2024 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) investigation that seeks all records of updates and corrections made after initial reports to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) but that are not made available in the public VAERS database.
VAERS is a national early warning system for potential safety issues in U.S.-licensed vaccines, according to HHS. Following the administration of a vaccine, the system analyzes reports of adverse effects. The front-end system and the back-end are two components of VAERS, according to Narayan Nair, the FDA division director in charge of VAERS.
The private, back-end system contains all updates and corrections, such as a formal diagnosis, recovery, or death, while the public-facing database only contains initial reports. An autopsy examiner's conclusion that a 15-year-old boy died from “stress cardiomyopathy following his second dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech covid-19 vaccine was not included in the public VAERS database, for instance.
The Biden Administration has been putting pressure on Americans to take the COVID-19 vaccine for years. Citizens and scientists were not told the truth about the safety and efficacy of vaccines, and they were fired from their jobs, discharged from the military, and expelled from universities.
These mRNA COVID-19 vaccines, according to recent research, cause, among other things, myocarditis and pericarditis, which are potentially fatal. The Biden Administration is still keeping the truth a secret.
