Supreme Court sets April 25 date to hear Trump’s presidential immunity case

by | Mar 6, 2024

The Supreme Court announced on Wednesday that it will hear arguments on Trump’s presidential immunity case on April 25. This decision follows the court's recent announcement that it will determine whether Trump can assert immunity regarding the federal election interference charges against him.

Even if Trump is unsuccessful at the high court, a trial may not commence until well into the election season, possibly even after Election Day in November.
