Documents from a lawsuit against the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) were made public today by America First Legal, revealing that CISA had flagged text messages endorsing potential censorship of President Donald J. Trump.

Prior to the 2020 election, CISA actively worked to censor stories about mail-in voting risks as “disinformation, “according to documents obtained by AFL. According to these new documents, CISA continued to prioritize securing Director Krebs ‘claim that the election was “the most secure in American history” over looking into the validity of the claim.

Brian Scully, a member of the CISA's “DHS Countering Foreign Interference Task Force,” sent an email with the subject “Text Msgs” on November 9, 2020, the day following the 2020 election. Screenshots of President Trump's and the #StopTheSteal campaign fundraising texts were included in the email.

Following election day, CISA kept gathering false and inaccurate information reports through “official channels “and” third Party fact checkers. “Despite the fact that CISA was aware that the widespread use of mail-in voting increased fraud risks associated with the 2020 election, they automatically assumed that all reported fraud suspicions were part of a “False Narrative” that called for “counter-messaging.”

To strengthen American election integrity, AFL will keep disclosing the truth about CISA and other Deep State actors ‘meddling in the 2020 presidential election.
